Yes. Family physicians are trained and experienced in seeing children of all ages from newborns to adolescence. We treat all their acute and chronic illnesses and perform well-child visits and vaccinations.

Yes. In our office, we are capable of performing repair of lacerations, superficial skin biopsies, mole removal, cyst removal, abscess drainage, radiofrequency surgery, cryosurgery, and diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers.

Yes. Family physicians have extensive experience and interest in women’s health care. We perform basic gynecological care including PAP smears, treating infections as well as routine well women’s examinations.

Yes, in fact, our office takes great pride in the ability to take care of your entire family for most of their health care needs — from newborns to the elderly.

All patients should bring applicable insurance information, some form of photo ID, acceptable payment (cash, personal check, VISA, MC, AMEX), as well as a list of any medications they are currently taking.

Yes, we welcome walk-in patients and urgent care patients. We will do our best to fit you into the schedule on a timely basis. If you are not having an urgent medical problem we strongly recommend that you call our office first in order to schedule an appointment.

Our scheduled office hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday – 8 am to 5 pm. Closed on Saturdays & Sundays.

We have an answering service after hours for urgent needs only.

Most routine lab and test results are reported back to us within 3-4 days when done through our reference laboratory. Pathology reports and PAP smears can take up to two weeks. Once we have received the reports, they are processed and sent to your doctor for review and follow-up. In general, your physician will either call you personally or instruct one of our professional staff to communicate the results to you.

If, after 5 days you have NOT yet heard or been given the results of your routine labs, or after 2 weeks for PAP and pathology results, please contact us and we should be able to provide you with the status of your test results.

Most of our simple laboratory tests including urine analysis, blood counts, microscopic exams, and rapid tests for pregnancy, influenza, and strep are done in our office laboratory.

Our practice has an affiliation with Labcorp- one of the best, most highly regarded and professional reference laboratories worldwide. We typically have accurate and reference-quality results transmitted back to us within 24-72 hours, and PAP smears and dermatopathology reports from biopsies within 1-2 weeks.
